Join to apply for the Associate Allocator role at BoF Careers Overview Role: Associate Allocator Responsibilities Allocation and Replenishment: Execute the initial release of each season's product within multiple systems; execute and manage replenishment for fashion, key items and basics; monitor all basic replenishment orders to ensure target fill rate is reached and future inbound orders support demand. Analysis: Conduct business analysis, such as KPIs, by source and by division performance; perform pre-season and in-season heritage inventory analysis and initiate cross-border transfers if necessary; develop and communicate allocation strategies based on location and size selling performance; analyze store and size trends and performance and apply observations to future distribution planning strategies. Order Management: Release to pick shippable styles based on priority and instructions; track product through distribution centers and partner with the DC liaison to ensure processing efficiencies and address DC processing issues in a timely manner. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's degree holder Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (high levels of accuracy and detail-orientation) Minimum 3 years' experience in allocation with a working knowledge of retail performance metrics Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good listening, written, and oral communication skills Proven ability to organize and prioritize/manage multiple tasks simultaneously Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Purchasing and Supply Chain Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BoF Careers.
