Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital team. This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives across APAC markets and ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business users to understand their needs, propose effective digital solutions, and ensure timely project delivery Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, wireframes/screen mockups, and other documentation to clearly communicate business processes and requirements Lead data tagging initiatives and provide issue support across APAC markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy in implementation Work with IT application teams, product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to perform gap analysis between API/system documentation and business requirements Facilitate communication between regional teams and technical counterparts to clarify specifications and resolve issues Drive the development of test scripts, prepare test plans, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and alignment with business expectations Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful project execution Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within digital and/or IT project environments Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and working with regional teams Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and data tagging practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge in system integration/interfaces (APIs) is a must Experience in Microsoft SQL procedures, Confluence and JIRA would be an advantage Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Digital Security (e.g. Site/Email Domain & SSL Certificate Management), Data tagging (e.g. Adobe Analytics) is a plus Preferred Soft Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align analysis with business goals Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment across multiple markets Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across functions and geographies Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables Communication: Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BoF Careers by 2x Get notified about new Senior Technology Analyst jobs in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR . #J-18808-Ljbffr
