We are committed to driving business excellence through advanced manufacturing and efficient supply chain management. What you'll be doing? Collaborate with teams: Work closely with internal departments and external clients to meet product specifications and resolve technical issues. Develop product designs: Create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models, considering material selection, safety, and cost. Lead product development: Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from initial design to mass production. Optimize manufacturing processes: Improve injection molding processes and enhance production yield. Support cross‑functional teams: Interface with technical teams in Europe and the US to ensure product quality and delivery. Who are they looking for? A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 2 years of experience in the Electronic Design Industry. Experience in ODM for electronic devices, home appliances (white goods), high‑power products, or wireless devices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and knowledge of CorelDraw is a plus. Familiarity with safety requirements and international standards (e.g., CE/UL). Fluent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Able to travel when required.
