  • Trade Verification and Processing: Execute regular trade verification, affirmation, and processing for various products, including FX, cash equities, OTC swaps, bonds, interest rate derivatives, and equity derivatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure accurate trade economics are captured in the portfolio management systems to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Counterparty Risk Monitoring: Conduct continuous monitoring of counterparty risks to mitigate potential exposure.
  • Front Office Support: Provide comprehensive trade support by addressing queries from the Front Office. Queries may include trading position verification, stock loan positions, settlement status, and corporate actions events.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve trade, position, and cash discrepancies between internal records and counterparties in a timely manner.
  • Corporate Actions Management: Monitor corporate actions events and ensure accurate booking of these events in the systems.
  • Reporting: Compile and prepare filing reports, including the Pool Quarterly Report and SEC Form, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and accuracy in trade operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in fund operations, trade support or a similar role within the hedge fund industry
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
