Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in fund operations, middle office, or fund administration within asset management.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, including mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments.
  • Familiarity with fund accounting principles, NAV calculations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, prime brokers, and service providers.
  • Proficiency in fund operations technology, such as Geneva, Advent, Bloomberg AIM, Aladdin, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk controls.
