I'm currently representing a top tier US-based digital asset & block chain firm in Hong Kong, looking to add a Capital Markets VP to their Global Investment Banking team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services on capital markets and private placement transactions, focusing on structuring, pricing, execution, and documentation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with financial and strategic investors to secure capital for private raises and deal origination.
- Manage the entire process of capital markets and private placements, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and valuations to evaluate opportunities.
- Update clients on market conditions and deal progress while ensuring compliance through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of investment banking experience, specifically in capital markets and private placements.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and familiarity with securities regulations.
- Proven experience in negotiation and deal structuring.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and team management abilities, with a strong interest in crypto and digital assets.
