A Well-Established European Corporate bank is looking for a Senior Associate with 5 years experience to join their Credit Administration Team.
Your new role
- Review credit approvals for credit limit control/ setting up and covenants monitoring;
- Prepare and draft corporate loan (Bilateral and Syndication Loans) agreements and collateral documents;
- Delivery credit administration/ loan documents drafting and review;
- Support and renew loan documentation;
- Prepare internal management reports and external regulatory reports;
- Assist in the global system project, clerical tasks and admin work;
- Ensure daily execution of loan documentation and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with credit administration, credit limit control and collateral monitoring;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Experience in loan documentation such as bilateral loan and syndication loan;
- Solid knowledge of standard and non-standard corporate loan documentation.
