A well established corporate bank is looking for Analyst/ Associate with solid working experience to join their Credit Administration team.

Your new role

  • Prepare loan documentation, facility letter and make sure all terms and conditions have been complied with approved Credit Commercial;
  • Delivery credit administration/ loan documents drafting and checking;
  • Process loan drawdown / rollover / repayment timely and accurately according to the approved terms;
  • Support and renew loan documentation;
  • Assist in project, clerical tasks and admin work;
  • Ensure daily execution of loan documentation and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements



What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate loan documentation and credit administration;
  • Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
  • Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Experience in loan documentation such as bilateral loan and syndication loan;
  • Solid knowledge of standard and non-standard corporate loan documentation
