Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager & Business Analyst to oversee high-impact initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects while analyzing business processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (Listing, IT, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Track project performance and provide stakeholders with regular progress updates.
Business Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align priorities.
  • Facilitate UAT and collaborate with end-users to validate the system against business requirements.
  • Support stakeholders to adapt to new systems/processes through training and documentation.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, executives, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in project management and business analyst, preferably in well-established financial institutions or client-facing web application projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scare projects with both internal and external users
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent technology, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferably experienced in AI related projects.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
