We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Lead to join a leading global blockchain firm.

Report to the COO, this pivotal role involves managing a team of 4-5 senior Project Managers across various divisions. The successful candidate will establish a robust PMO structure, focusing specifically on the exchange and trading business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior PMs, fostering collaboration and driving project success across multiple divisions.
  • PMO Structure Development: Implement a comprehensive PMO framework tailored to the unique needs of the exchange and trading sectors.
  • Domain Expertise: The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing projects within exchanges or market environments, particularly in investment banks, or similar institutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on delivering business-critical projects and potentially launching new products or services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product groups to define and execute a strategic program of work that aligns with the firm’s objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams effectively and inspire high performance.
  • Project Management Experience: A solid track record in managing complex projects within the exchange/market domain, particularly in investment banking or brokerage settings.
