Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote custody services to institutional clients in relation to various fund and investment products such as QDII, RQFII, QFII, offshore fund etc.
  • Manage client relationship and identify potential business opportunity
  • Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process
  • Develop and review policy and procedures of custody services to mitigate risks and improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including RM, legal, compliance, operations and clients
  • Maintain custody account relationships, provide after-sales service, organize regular client service reviews, assist in collecting client feedback, keep abreast of client demands for custody services, and comment on client-related workflows.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in custody client on-boarding 
  • Solid experience and knowledge on SWIFT and custody operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent
  • Occasionally business travel is required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
