Responsibilities:

  • Review product lifecycle management such as valuation reports and margin calls.
  • Liaise with different counterparts within the global offices for resolving trading issues.
  • Resolve client queries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct KYC, settlement status, and trade reports for process management.
  • Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting.
  • Engage in various projects and participate in system testing activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Business or related discipline(s).
  • 5 years middle office experience in a sizable financial institution.
  • Previous experience/background in client management and product lifecycle management preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and good at calculations.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Good communication skills and well-organized.
