Responsibilities

  • Manage the risk costs (NPL, impairment loss) of retail lending products in accordance to the approved budget
  • Assist Section Head/ Senior Manager of Retail Credit Risk Section in formulating credit risk strategies with the use of various credit decision tools such as credit scorecards, segmentation models, effective MIS reports, etc. for improving the portfolio performance
  • Ensure credit risk policy, guidelines and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
  • Perform regular monitoring on credit scorecard’s performance
  • Participate in various system developments and user acceptance test (UAT)
  • Perform the risk control tasks and comply with the requirements set by the Risk Controllers of the relevant risk types.


Requirements

  • University graduate in relevant discipline
  • Relevnt professional certificate or qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance covering the following:
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Sound knowledge in retail lending products
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques, SAS or other statistical tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
