Your impact

Our Infrastructure Team is currently seeking a BIM Civil 3D Modeler with the following responsibilities:

About the opportunity

  1. Responsible for preparation of BIM models, drawings, documentation and reports.
  2. Author/Create, modify and maintain BIM models, BIM objects and BIM datasets to meet the relevant BIM standards, BIM uses/applications, project specifications and the requirements provided by the design and/or construction professionals.
  3. Attend and assist the professionals in the relevant disciplines in their work in BIM project coordination meetings.
  4. Produce project drawings/plans and schedules from BIM models for approvals or statutory submissions.
  5. Provide support to the BIM manager(s), BIM coordinator(s) and design and/or construction professional(s) in BIM implementation in projects.

Here's what you'll need

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D
  • Preferably possess a recognized certificate, diploma or above in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, Surveying or equivalent
  • Solid experience in 3D modelling software application (Civil 3D and/or Revit), BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience has preference.
  • Civil 3D modelling on site formation, road alignment and drainage piping works
  • Provide support to BIM manager, BIM coordinator and designer in BIM implementation on projects.
  • Familiar with CIC and CEDD BIM modelling standard
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior role.
