BIM Modelling Specialist

About the Role

  • This role is responsible for preparing BIM models, drawings, documentation and reports.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BIM standards, BIM uses/applications, project specifications and the requirements provided by the design and/or construction professionals.
  • They will attend and assist professionals in BIM project coordination meetings and produce project drawings/plans and schedules from BIM models.
  • The role also involves providing support to BIM managers, coordinators and designers in BIM implementation in projects.

Requirements

  • A higher certificate/diploma in civil engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D is necessary.
  • Possessing a recognized certificate, diploma or above in BIM, architecture, building, construction, engineering, surveying or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience in 3D modelling software application (Civil 3D and/or Revit), BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD is essential.
  • Civil 3D experience has preference.
