We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator to join our team at BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update BIM models as advised by engineers, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
  • Attend project coordination meetings, actively participating in discussions and providing valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards and templates, driving consistency across our projects.
  • Exchange information with stakeholders through various Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Holder of a higher diploma or above in Building Services, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks, with practical experience in BIM software highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with 4D & 5D will be a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience on the as-built stage will be beneficial.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to achieving targets, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills, with a good command of English and Chinese.
  • Membership of CIC or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior BIM Modeller positions.
