Participate in the planning, design, and execution of bridge and civil structure projects from inception to completion.Innovative Design:

Utilize cutting-edge software and tools to create innovative and efficient structural designs.Technical Development:

Assist in the development of technical expertise and solutions for complex engineering problems.BIM Development:

Develop and enhance your Building Information Modelling (BIM) skills, including the use of advanced software.Site Inspections:

Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure the quality and safety of structures.Client Interaction:

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support to the wider team in developing tailored solutions.Report Preparation:

Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering reports and documentation.Project Management:

Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Compliance:

Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements.Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.What we're looking for:Academic:

A class 2.1 or above BEng (or higher) in Civil / Structural Engineering.Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, including the use of software like AutoCAD, MIDAS CIVIL, and BIM tools. Visual scripting skills are advantageous.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design and compliance with safety standards.Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the success of collaborative projects.Adaptability:
