Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager - Top Luxury W&J Brand

To cope with the business expansion, my client is looking for an Assistant Store Manager or Store Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train and develop sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager in creating and executing sales plans and promotional activities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the luxury brand's products and create an immersive brand experience for customers.
  6. Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishment, and stock accuracy, to ensure adequate product availability while minimizing stock loss.
  7. Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and brand awareness.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, recognition, and open communication among the store team.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.

Requirements

  1. Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
  2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge and passion for the luxury brand, its products, and its values.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
  7. Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  8. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred, but not always required).
