What the day will look like

Deliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include:

  1. Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives.
  2. Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g., medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits).
  3. Provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions.
  4. Design and implementation of leading benefit technology solutions.
  5. Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects - Provide benefits data analytics advisory.
  6. Design and execution of health and wellness strategies.
  7. Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market.
  8. Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams.
  9. Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions.
  10. Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital team.
  11. Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships.
  12. Models client focus excellence and is responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  1. Degree in any relevant discipline.
  2. At least 3-5 years relevant industry experience, e.g., regional benefits and/or employee's insurance consulting experience.
  3. Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders.
  4. Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions.
  5. Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border projects.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Optional: financial services license or actuarial background.
