Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients;
  2. Assess client IT service needs and make recommendations;
  3. Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch solution, service, and combination packages to clients;
  4. Deliver effective presentations and solution proposals;
  5. Participate in business negotiations and close deals both individually and as a team;
  6. Follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
  7. Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery team to create technical and commercial proposals;
  8. Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration;
  2. At least 4-5 years of experience in IT services, solution business engagement, and sales;
  3. Experience in IT consultancies or technology solutions organizations with a proven track record of selling professional services and exceeding sales targets;
  4. Proactive, client-focused with strong motivation to meet and exceed clients' expectations;
  5. Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and vendors at all levels;
  6. Fluent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
  7. Experience in Microsoft solutions and products is a plus;
  8. Service experience with large clients is preferred.

Compensation: For Sales Manager: 70% base and 30% commission.

Benefits: 12 days annual leave, MPF, Medical insurance.
