RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of facilities management services
  • Manage the tendering and vendor selection process for the delivery of an array of management services
  • Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to enhance quality excellence initiatives
  • Deliver expert, value-enhancing insights to senior management on sustainability strategies
  • Design and formulate corporate standard and procedures to ensure robust compliance
  • Core member of the senior management team for the strategic planning and risk mitigation plan

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 13 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record in managing significant premises
  • Sound knowledge in building management and energy efficiency practices is a definite advantage
  • Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and managing a sizable team
  • Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communication abilities
