About Preface

In 2021, with the world's growing awareness and demand of tech education that works, Preface secured a 6M USD Series A funding. Since then, we have partnered with a range of global companies, such as Meta, IWC, Warner Music and more to showcase the possibility of technology across all industries.

2022 and 2023 is a phase of expansion and automation. We are expanding the Preface Ecosystem globally to London, Singapore, Japan, and more and at the same time developing cutting-edge technology in preparation for Preface 2.0. We are just getting started.

About the role

  • Assists in the whole process of Government Funding Schemes, including but not limited to application, documentation, coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Relevant Government Funding Schemes include CEF (持續進修基金), TVP (科技券), RTTP (再工業化及科技培訓計劃), BUD (發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金), Catering Business Subsidy Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund (防疫抗疫基金下設立的餐飲處所資助計劃), RTH (研究人才庫), STEM Internship Scheme (創科實習計劃) etc.
  • Assist in various office administrative tasks including but not limited to office tenancy, licensing, procurement, and preparing proposals for the application of fundings.
  • Involve in relationship building activities such as visiting schools, NGOs, associations and vice versa to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate events and handle relevant logistics including but not limited to communication with invitees.
  • Supports both Preface Coding (EdTech industry) and Preface Coffee (F&B industry) and liaise with various internal departments (e.g. Sales, Training, HR etc.). Project manage with the assistance of the latest technology, platforms & tools.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Possess a minimum of 1-3 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience working or dealing with Government Funding Programs is a plus.
  • Must be willing and comfortable working on long-term, complex processes.
  • Able to streamline processes and do things in smarter ways.
  • Attention to details, with good organization skills.
  • Possess a positive "Can Do" attitude.
  • Good command of written Chinese and English.
