The Company

Sedona is an IT consulting company founded in 1998 in Paris. In 2012, Sedona opened its first subsidiary in Hong Kong and centralized its strategy in the banking/financial industry.

Today, Sedona Asia's service is also expanding to the retail/E-Commerce industry. The aim of our service is to support our customers in BI, Data Management, Digital projects development, etc.

In 2022, Sedona opened its new office in Singapore and also expanded in Bangkok subsequently. In an international growing context (new clients, new projects), Sedona Asia is currently looking to expand its team. We would like to onboard a new HR Officer to support the Hong Kong office.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and independent individual to join our HR team You will be playing a key role and contribute to Sedona's expansion in Asia.

Your Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Development: Manage full onboarding process, lead performance management and annual reviews, keep internal documents and employees up to date, maintain internal HRIS.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop talent pipelines through the understanding of hiring needs, creation of effective job postings and social media content, pro-active sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with managers and HR teammates, able to reflect Sedona's human-centered and flexible culture.
  • Initiate team-building events/activities and oversee office management.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (HR policies/strategies, L&D, etc.).

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources related roles.
  • Experience in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Can-do and pro-active attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; French is a huge advantage.
