Job Description

Day-to-Day at TEKsystems:

  • Business Development Lifecycle: Learn and experience the entire business development lifecycle within technology consulting from day one.
  • Relationship Building: Build high-touch relationships with IT professionals and form strategic partnerships with industry-leading customers.
  • Consultative Services: Provide consultative services to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Hone your sales and negotiation skills through pitching capabilities to C-level executives and closing deals.
  • Research and Expertise: Conduct extensive research to become a subject-matter expert in your technology practice area.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and challenges related to staffing, recruitment, and consulting, offering tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage contract negotiations to closure while building and maintaining your own pipeline of clients and candidates.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct client presentations, estimations, proposals, and negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with new clients to expand TEKsystems' reach.
  • Network Development: Build a network of candidates and IT consultants within your specialization, sourcing talent across various channels.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • With 0-3 years of working experience.
  • Strong sales drive, resilience, work ethic, and growth mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be a good team player.
  • Strong interest in business development and pursuing a career within consulting.
  • Language proficiency in English is a must (Cantonese is nice-to-have).
