The Role

  • As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of driving business growth by developing new client relationships and delivering world-class recruitment solutions. This is a 360-degree recruitment role where you'll be responsible for both client acquisition and candidate management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify and engage with asset management, crypto, and private equity firms to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Research and analyse the asset management, crypto, and private equity markets to identify hiring trends, opportunities, and key players.
  • Identify, screen, and interview high-calibre professionals using a variety of channels including headhunting, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs, providing market insights, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets, with uncapped earning potential.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruitment and the financial markets.

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience, ideally with exposure to the asset management, crypto, or private equity sectors. Other sectors are welcome.
  • Familiarity with the financial services and investment ecosystem, particularly in Asia.
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture.
