Cigna Customer Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming promotion hotline for customer enquiries
  • Promote insurance product / promotion plan to customers through telephone call (no cold call is needed)
  • Provide professional insurance advice to customers and understand customer needs
  • Achieve individual and team target
  • Handle ad-hoc project

Job Requirements:

  • Holding valid IIQE papers 1,2,3
  • At least 1-year call centre or insurance selling experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and servicing skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive with a positive mind
  • Native in Cantonese

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary of HK$12,000 + HK$8,000 Conditional Financial Incentive
  • Attractive commission scheme (Average monthly take home of HK$30,000 or above)
  • Performance / Special Incentive

  • 5 days' work per week (37.5 hours per week)

  • 處理投保熱線客戶查詢
  • 通過電話向客戶推銷保險產品/促銷計劃(不需要cold call)
  • 向客戶提供專業的保險建議,並了解客戶的需求
  • 實現個人和團隊目標
  • 處理臨時項目

要求:

  • 持有有效的保險牌照1,2,3
  • 至少1å1 ́call centre或保險銷售經驗
  • 優秀的電話應對技巧,溝通技巧和良好的服務質素
  • 自我激勵,積極上進和正面的思維
  • 流利廣東話

薪酬和福利:

  • 底薪12,000港元 + 績效獎勵 8,000港元
