Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-IPO strategy.Ensure financial compliance and prepare the company for the rigors of public market reporting.Lead the financial team to provide accurate and timely financial information.Lead Investor Relations activitiesCollaborate with legal counsel to manage the IPO process, including due diligence and documentation.Establish robust investor relations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Oversee post-IPO financial management and regulatory compliance.Provide strategic financial insight and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.Prepare and present financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis reports.Manage capital request and budgeting processes.Drive the company's financial planning and policies.
Qualifications:
- CPA Qualified
- Successful IPO experience in HKEx in recent 6 years
- Good market knowledge in South East Asia, HK & China
- At least 15 years of work experience in finance & accounting
