What You’ll Do

Support a team in social business program planning and strategy developmentContribute to cross-discipline social media team, spanning advertising, direct marketing, public relations and shopper marketingOnline research and social media monitoring using a variety of social media listening toolsCampaign execution in the areas of content activation, influencer identification, influencer outreach and community managementMeasure campaign effectiveness using a variety of social media analytics toolsDay-to-day client relationship managementProject management

What You’ll Need 

Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic recordHave 5+ years work experience in a digital, advertising or PR agency, or related fieldBe fluent in Cantonese and English language, reading and writing (test will be given); Mandarin would be advantageousHave excellent communication skills – verbal and writtenThink critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilitiesPlan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashionWork calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced work environmentProactive to approach new work tasks and responsibilitiesCollaborate with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differencesUnderstand current and emerging media platforms and their usage from a consumer and business perspectiveUnderstand how to drive conversations and online word of mouthBe passionate about social media and word of mouth marketing
