Principal Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Corporate Services Managers to achieve financial objectives by maintaining and growing team portfolio through new business acquisition, product penetration and customer satisfaction Monitor team’s customer service quality and oversee the existing portfolio Formulate and implement business plans to identify potential business opportunities in accordance with the overall strategic directions Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience Requirements University graduate with extensive experience in customer services, particularly with pensions industry Proven track record in growing new business and maintaining strong client relationship Solid customer relationship management experience Strong skills in sales management, planning and communication Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
