Responsible for Sales Personnel functions within Sales Consultancy, covering personnel administration, license registration and performance management  Handle Sales recruitment activities, follow through application, contracting & on-boarding processes Support strategy planning and implementation of all recruitment initiatives for the achievement of manpower target Sales staff movements, include resignation, termination and cross team transfer Regular review & streamline on current process/workflow to maximize operational efficiency Prepare recruitment statistical analysis and expense tracking reports, with relevant commentaries for management’s review Manage timely licensing registration/renewal with IA & MPFA in accordance with regulatory requirements Support the team in new business submission, policy servicing, office administration and general enquires from Sales Consultancy Coordinate for CPD & internal training  Assist team in Sales Support functions
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business & Financial related disciplines A minimum of 5 years working experience with 3 years solid experience in HR Administration or Agency Management  Exposure in sales recruitment and licensing processes Work independently & proactively with open mindset Good computer knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken English
