Drive and manage sales from Group Insurance from Direct and Broker channel and create excellent customers' and distributors' experience.

What we are looking for
More than 8 years of relevant experience;
Experience and proven track record in working in group insurance with distributor management ;
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and partnership management skills;
Ability to work under pressure and manage expectations in challenging situations;
Skilled in MS office with basic analytical capabilities;
Skilled in input, review and operate internal operational systems Meet the job requirements and assessment indicators set by the company for this post
On the Job you will:
Drive and manage sales and renewal portfolio of group business from direct and brokerage channels in delivery of excellent customers' and distributors' experience
Liaise and mobilize with teams and departments in fulfilling the business requirements and customers / distributors requests
Cooperate with departments of other teams, regional office / headquarters to complete various projects and work: including but not limited to Audit , Risk,
Comply with local laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, corporate ethics codes and internal rules and regulations of the company
Be responsible for recruiting/supervising/training the team members in completing the sales performance indicators and manpower development indicators of the business department under management
