Responsibilities:

Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across multiple business units & Operational leaders to scale the Onboarding process, Owning the onboarding process for investment teams end to end Accountable for ensuring overall PM Onboarding satisfaction Communicating the status to internal parties Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure Maintain PM Onboarding databases Effectively support the Business Development team through participation in prospective client presentations and strategy

Skills required:

Understanding full trade lifecycle Presentable, confident and PM focused. PM facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with incoming PMs in a confident manner. Understand and translate business problems into working solutions ~3-5 yrs of experience as part of a Prime Broker desk or front office onboarding A degree in finance, accounting or economics, Understanding of financial markets Experience with multiple asset classes Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds Ability to work under pressure in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
