Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the Health & Safety function strategies and related activities for the East Asia regionDevelop an improvement culture across the region to ensure a healthy, safe and accident-free working environmentEnsure proper verification for effective, efficient and reliable health and safety management system performance at all locations including sitesLead and supervise region Health & Safety teamsImplement the corporate guidelines, policies and management systemAct as a key investigation officer when serious incident happens, in order to find out the root cause and prepare the remedial action plan, and follow up the associated actionsManage emergency response plan to deal with emergency situations for the safety and health of employees and those working for the firmAssist in preparing regular Health & Safety performance reports for management review of the past performances and the progresses of improvement initiativesDevelop and implement all rounded trainings, workshops, good practicesMonitor and report the KPIs for the regionPrepare corporate Health & Safety reports and statistics for the region and present the reports to the boards and executives

Qualifications & Experience required:

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager | Health & Safety.
