Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

An exciting new role within the GTS Hong Kong Cash Product Management team, it focusses on expanding Virtual Account Product Capability. As Product Manager, you will be part of Cash Management Product Team, which is responsible for Virtual Account, B2B Wallet, In-House Bank & POBO ROBO solutions for customer from different segments and industries.

Responsibilities:

·In this role, you will be responsible for management, planning, and development of Cash Management Product. This includes contributing to the overall product strategy, carrying out market research to ensure that product solutions are identified to meet business opportunities for growing cash revenue and serving as the subject matter expert and communicating the value to internal and external stakeholders.

·The role requires collaborative and work with institutional customer & prospects, regional product partners and local stakeholders that include service providers, cross functional operations & technology, legal, compliance and customer service teams.

·This role will involve setting out product documentation and constantly enrich the relevant product artifacts related to customer journey, product implementation and necessary training for stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of our products and services.

·Product manager is responsible to provide business requirements, conduct user acceptance tests, live verification; ensure completeness, integrity, usability of our solutions and product enhancements to deliver excellent customer journey and user experience.

·Ensure clear understanding of product capabilities across various customer touch-points, including relationship managers, sales, and customer management though proactive communication and training programs

·Develop and execute product/ pricing strategy to achieve target growth in cash revenue and drive commercialisation activities in close collaboration with marketing.

Requirements

·5-8 years of relevant banking experience with a Bachelor Degree and exposure on digital banking, payments & collections.

·Experience in product development and commercialization with good business analysis skills, ability to design products by drafting detailed requirements and test cases for technology team to design, build and testing.

·The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to implement, assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures and influence stakeholders to take actions.

·Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

·Able to work with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.

·Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.

·Demonstrate good understanding and experience on Money Service Operators (MSO) or e-Commerce Platform is a plus.

·Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
