We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Global Head of Talent for Cigna International Division. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Officer (HRO), the Global Head of Talent will be responsible, in collaboration with the global Cigna Talent team, for leading and executing talent strategies across the organization, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top-tier talent. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employer branding, internal mobility, and employee relations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, in alignment with business objectives, top talent across all levels and geographies.
  • Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection processes to ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
     

2. Talent Management:

  • Design and implement talent management initiatives to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to create talent reviews, succession plans, career paths, and talent development opportunities that support organizational goals in the next 3-5-10 years.

3. Performance Management:

  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and development to foster employee growth and engagement.

4. Learning and Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that addresses the skills and capabilities needed to support business objectives.
  • Curate and deliver a range of learning programs and resources to support professional and leadership development.
  • Leverage technology and learning platforms to enable scalable and personalized learning experiences.
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Amplify the shift towards a continuous learning environment and culture.

5. Employer Branding:

  • Define and promote Cigna International's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the main markets in which we operate.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop compelling employer value proposition messaging and content.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to amplify our employer brand presence and engage with talent communities.
  • Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
     

6. Internal Mobility:

  • Establish processes and programs to facilitate internal mobility and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Promote a culture of internal talent mobility by encouraging mentoring, cross-functional moves, and development assignments.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers navigating internal career transitions.
  • Measure and report on internal mobility metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

7. Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to HR partners and managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on issues related to performance, conduct, and workplace conflicts.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Proactively identify trends and issues within the organization and recommend strategies for improvement.

8. Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Develop and champion a diversity and inclusion strategy that fosters a culture of belonging and equity.
  • Develop and champion the launch and animation of Employee Resources Groups (ERG) through various chapters in various geographies.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to embed diversity and inclusion principles into talent processes and practices.
  • Implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent at all levels of the organization.
  • Track and report on diversity metrics to monitor progress and drive accountability.
