We are looking for a high-achieving, thorough, and experienced professional to fill our open insurance claims manager role. Our ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator with a track record of success in the insurance industry and effectively manages a multifaceted team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement claims management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective claims handling Manage the claims team to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently Ensure that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures Monitor claims trends and identify areas for improvement Work with other departments to ensure that claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner Provide training and support to claims staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle claims effectively Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers Ensure that claims data is accurate and up-to-date Manage claims budgets and expenses

Experience

Degree holder At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Strong knowledge in life & health insurance Good understanding on regulatory related to claims management
