- 与客户、政府机构、等相关部门建立并维持良好的工作关系，以提升产品和服务质素。
- 与内部部门协调，确保为客户提供优质服务。
- 与供应商及工厂协调海外/本地材料的交付。
- 检查工程合约中收取的成本（包括变更订单费用、延迟销售成本和直接费用）。
- 有效规划资源，确保安装工程在预算范围内依时完成。
- 监督工程质素，确保工程按合约要、公司标准及政府法规依时完成。
- 管理专案团队，透过现场检查和执行安全守则，确保安全的工作环境。
