Senior Policy Administration Officer

Proficient in handling various policy servicing requests in compliance with standard procedures, regulatory requirements, contract terms, and SLA commitments. Engage in company projects and assignments (end to end participation), such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new production systems, Day 1 & Day 2 product implementation, revamping customer/broker portals, handling system change requests, and managing record retention exercises. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Distribution team to ensure prompt resolution of request level issues. Support the Team Head and colleagues by undertaking ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the insurance/financial industry, with a preference for experience in life insurance. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office and MS Access. Knowledge of AS400 would be an advantage.
