Principal Accountabilities:

This role is transformation and change focused on its nature. Core accountabilities are:

Management and development of Group Transformation team members to ensure high quality effective delivery of Group Transformation Office responsibilities. Management of the workstream activities ensuring a ‘centre of excellence’ style is maintained.Tracking of implementation plans.Establishment and management of workstream level governance.Group-wide Transformation team communications.Production of reporting packs for the various programme. committees, up to and including the SteerCo chaired by the Chief Transformation Officer. Provide Local Business Units (LBUs) with guidance, support and coaching to deliver their implementations. Coordination with Pillars/Functions/LBUs to ensure a true delivery partnership ethos is created and maintained. Liaise with various stakeholders (Group Office, Local Senior Management, etc) to ensure effective communication and clear understanding of the programme outcomes and progress. Management of third parties, including contracting and ongoing relationship are positive, transparent and delivery focused. Assist with the set-up of appropriately sized and located, sustainable central teams to own the ongoing support and change agenda for each key area, working with Local Business Units and other workstream leads in Group Office to agree the required skill sets and recharging models.

Candidate Requirements:

15+ years of program management/ project delivery experience. Delivery / execution focused, comfortable with high level of uncertainty, highly adaptable. Able to build and sustain programme structures, lead project activities, and interact with senior stakeholders. Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable). Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations, territories, and cultures. Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision-making capabilities.
