To management and oversees the operation of Out-patient claim team to meeting operations, productivity, quality and control and services requirement To be responsible for strategic processing and payment/ approval of claims and to provide guidance to subordinates Provide technical claims management including FWA Ensure the operations procedure is in line with the set rules and regulations Regular analyses workflow process of OP team, identifying opportunities to operate OP claim more efficiently Review and handle complaint case with analysis and action plan Administer employee evaluations to assess development and attainment of goal
Your Profile
Bachelor degree holder 10+ years of EB claims with 3+ years supervisory experience  Experience in transformation projects
