Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) is a self-financing arm of Lingnan University providing various full-time academic programmes including Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Diploma of Applied Education, Applied Learning and part-time professional continuing education programmes to meet the diverse learning needs of society.

We are now inviting applications for the following subject areas of Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma and Foundation programmes.

Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma Programme
1.History(Post Ref: 24/274)
2.Sports Coaching/Management (Post Ref: 24/275)

General Requirement
-A Master’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
-Substantial relevant teaching experience in the tertiary education sector
-May be required to teach on Saturdays

Foundation Programmes (Diploma of Applied Education & Applied Learning Programmes’ teaching medium and materials are in Chinese)
3.Japanese Language and Culture(Post Ref: 24/276)
4.Korean Language and Culture(Post Ref: 24/277)
5.Mathematics & Maths Plus(Post Ref: 24/278)
6.Sports and Fitness Training(Post Ref: 24/279)

General Requirement
-A recognized Degree and preferably a postgraduate certificate in Education or equivalent; or a Master’s degree in the related field of studies
-At least two years of relevant teaching/work experience. Substantial relevant teaching experience in the tertiary education sector is preferable
-May be required to teach on Saturdays

For Post (3) and (4)
-Should have a native or near-native mastery of Japanese/Korean proficiency
-Must obtain qualification in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at N2 for Japanese Language course, qualification in Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) level 5 for Korean Language course

The conditions of appointment will be competitive. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
