Responsibilities: Provide professional insurance advice and deliver day to day service to designated accounts on general insurance in accordance with internal control/compliance procedures. Assist with the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client's insurance program. Assist in comparing quotations, preparing client proposals, analysis reports and presentation materials. Check policy documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing to clients. Handle the billing, monitor premium collection/payment and credit control from clients and overseas offices/partners. Handle claims for designated accounts and/or support the claims department on major and problematic claims, and facilitate the communication with the clients, the insurers and the overseas offices if appropriate. Requirements: Tertiary education with minimum 5 years working experience in general insurance in a broker firm or an insurance company. ACII / ANZIIF (Senior Associates) qualified or in progress, and passed in IIQE Paper I & II. Experience in dealing with clients, especially on a "face to face" basis to conduct meetings, seminars and/or briefings. General working knowledge on various classes of insurance such as commercial property, employers' liability, public and product liability, motor, travel, personal accident etc. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential. Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point (Chinese wording processing will be an advantage). Good organization skills, attentive to details, effective interpersonal skills and good at job prioritization. Immediate availability is highly preferable. Candidate with more/less experience will be considered.
