Digital Content/ Landing Page Specialist

As a Digital Content/ Landing Page Specialist, you will create and manage landing pages for Google search keywords and paid ads, while handling creative requests from the Growth user acquisition, CRM, and campaign teams. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure content is aligned with our Growth goals and optimized for performance. Experience in social channels is a plus, as well as leveraging creative data analytics for informed decision-making. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise. The team is remote working friendly.Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management, develop, manage, and optimize landing pages for Google search keyword paid adsPlan the creative schedule to ensure the achievement of KPIsHandle day-to-day creative requests from the Growth user acquisition team, CRM team, and campaign teams with campaign objectivesUtilize analytics tools to track and report on landing page performanceEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, following Growth Creative Director’s directionCoordinate with Growth Creative, development, and UA teams to enhance landing page effectivenessLeverage creative data analytic skills to optimize content performance and make informed decisionsMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategiesManage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for multiple projectsManage resources efficiently and effectivelyRequirements

Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field5-8 years of project management and related experienceProven experience in digital content creation and project managementStrong understanding of Google Ads and keyword optimizationExperience handling creative requests from various marketing teamsProficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics toolsCreative data analytic skills are a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCreative mindset with a keen eye for detailFamiliarity with SEO best practicesDigital Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok AdsCreative Campaign Management: Ability to oversee the entire creative campaign process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and KPIsData-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing insights to inform creative strategies and optimize campaignsCross-Channel Coordination: Skill in managing creative assets across multiple social channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brandingStrong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including creative teams and external agenciesAgile Project Management: Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlinesCreative Strategy Development: Skill in developing creative strategies that resonate with the target audience on each social platformAttention to Detail and Results-Driven: Strong attention to detail to ensure that creative assets are error-free and optimized for each advertising platformContinuous Learning: Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising on social media platformsExperience in performance advertisingNaturally well-organized and unfazed when working towards deadlinesBasic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferredKeen knowledge of AI tools will be advantageousKnowledge in the field of fintech and crypto space is advantageousSeniority Level
