Compliance & Risk Management Officer (Non-Managerial role)Support the company in ensuring the ERM framework is aligned with the group, the regulatory standards, as well as our own risk profile and needs. This includes, but not limited to, the risk policy, risk appetite framework, ORSA report, risk disclosure, material risk register, and all other risk-related compliance matters of the company. Support in building a positive risk culture and strong risk awareness among the staff in the region, including the delivery of targeted risk education and trainings. Support in providing timely and value-added risk reporting to the local management committees and the board, including clear recommendations. Facilitate and support the assessment of internal incidents, including the root-cause analysis and upward reporting. Support in ensuring the stress and scenario framework of the company is sufficiently or appropriately tailored according to the risk profile and exposures of the company. Support in ensuring the annual risk management plan or activities is appropriately aligned with the business priorities of the company. Handle other tasks assigned by the department lead. The right fit person will have/be: Degree holder in risk management / business / finance / actuarial / accounting or related discipline Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in risk management / underwriting / actuarial in the insurance industry or financial industry Basic knowledge of risk control processes and procedures in insurance operations is highly preferred Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proactive and positive attitude, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Immediate available will be an advantage Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing, Analyst, and Legal Industries: Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
