We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and scaling the business. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue growth by engaging with high-value clients and partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent client servicing and retention. Manage accounts effectively, providing personalized recommendations and after-sales support. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships within the luxury watch industry. Implement operational efficiencies to streamline sales and account management processes. Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to enhance the marketplace experience. Assist in building and managing a sales force, providing leadership and training where necessary. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, and account management within the luxury watch multibrand sector. Highly organized, with a strong ability to drive operational efficiencies. A strategic thinker who can contribute to long-term business growth. Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in building and mentoring a sales team. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
