At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons' values, through a process of continuous creativity.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Reporting to the Regional Real Estate team in Richemont, you will be supporting documentation filing, coordination with other teams, assistance to help all reports and most importantly to help the team organize, arrange and book meetings with external parties.Your key responsibilities will be:Maintain and update comprehensive lease database, project tracker and information library of all existing locations' operational data within scope, as well as building up market knowledge of comparable transactions and pipeline developments.Keep track of lease activities and ensure related agreements are followed up properly.Perform data analysis and market research to optimise leasing strategy.Cross function collaboration to support real estate activities (e.g., finance, legal, maisons).Assist the preparation of real estate meetings (both internal and external), including organization, planning and deck preparation.Support Real Estate HQ to prepare reports and presentations for senior management.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?To contribute to your team success you have/are:Strong communication and organizational skills are required.Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?A great opportunity to work in a reputable and professional leading Company in the Luxury Retail Industry.Become a part of a professional and dynamic team and take your decisive step towards your career development within our organization.
