The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and will seek solutions to further scale and automate our system.What you'll bringWhat you need:3+ years of relevant experienceExperience with Delta One products (forwards/futures) in either volatility or Delta One desksExperience working on some marking tools for risk parameters within a Delta One, Volatility or Risk functionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detailCollaborative approach to problem-solvingStrong ownership experience and a track record of delivering resultsBachelor's, Master's or PhD degree from a top-tier university in a technical or quantitative field, such as math, physics, statistics, computer science and engineeringOur cultureThe firm's ethos is embedded in our people.
