The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and will seek solutions to further scale and automate our system.What you’ll bringWhat you need:3+ years of relevant experienceExperience with Delta One products (forwards/futures) in either volatility or Delta One desksExperience working on some marking tools for risk parameters within a Delta One, Volatility or Risk functionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detailCollaborative approach to problem-solvingStrong ownership experience and a track record of delivering resultsBachelor's, Master's or PhD degree from a top-tier university in a technical or quantitative field, such as math, physics, statistics, computer science and engineeringOur cultureThe firm’s ethos is embedded in our people. ‘Talent is our strategy’ is our mantra and drives how we approach all initiatives at the firm.
