From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, we rely on you to:Act as part of the COE Marketing Team to support an integrated digital strategy for four Hotels in Hong KongAssist the Marketing Team with content creation for both online and offline media channels and platforms, including social posts copy drafting and reels / shorts / stories shootingMaintain and manage social media accountsEngage in social ad campaigns creative development, setting, monitoring, and analysisEvaluate, coordinate and manage KOLsAssist with web page development and creation, as well as eDM creationAssist Shangri-La Boutique on product listings, promotions, maintenance, and reportsWork collaboratively with all other functions and provide support when requiredWork with agencies and vendors for campaignsGenerate online reports and make informed decisions, propose strategies to optimise campaigns across digital platforms to drive salesPerform any other duties as assigned by the SupervisorWe are looking for someone who has:Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or other related disciplines2 -3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Hotel IndustryExperience with managing agencies and vendors would be an advantageSolid understanding of social media trendsGood understanding of consumer habits and insights would be an advantageExperience in analysing data and preparing reportsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsWell-versed in both written and spoken English and ChineseAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
