- Responsible for overseeing and implementing the Bank's Information Security program and enforcing its Information Security policy.- Facilitate the information security risk management process in the Bank.- Formulate strategies and policies on IT security risk management to ensure the standard and process are fully complied with related regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies.- Monitor the risks remediation identified from periodic risk assessments, examinations, and independent reviews.- Implement an Incident Response program that specifies actions to be taken when the institution suspects or detects that unauthorized individuals have gained access to customer information systems, including appropriate reports to regulatory and law enforcement agencies.- Involved in bank-wide BCP management.- Provide periodic updates and reports to Bank management.- Lead teams to provide consultancy service to business units on all matters in relation to IT security risk management.- Keep abreast of the latest trends in IT security risk management and suggest initiatives to the top management on the adoption of new and emerging IT Risk Management standards and technologies (e.g. cloud computing, Fintech, etc.).Requirements

- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.- Minimum 10 years work experience in Technology Risk Management, preferably gained from Banking/Finance industry, of which 3 years should be at supervisory/managerial level.- Holder of CISSP/CISA/CISM certification is preferred.- Strong understanding of Information Technology Risk Management; broad knowledge of database, operating systems, and information security practices.- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).- Customer-oriented, strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with good leadership.
